Eco Paryavaran offers integrated environmental consultancy, statutory clearance support, compliance management, audits, and techno-legal services for industries, infrastructure projects, institutions, real estate developments, waste management facilities, and public-sector assignments. Our EMS Division is a QCI–NABET accredited EIA Consultant Organization with approved scope across 12 sectors for preparation of EIA/EMP reports, enabling us to support clients through technically sound studies, documentation, and regulatory processes aligned with the applicable environmental framework. The environmental clearance system in India is governed through the EIA Notification, 2006 and the PARIVESH portal for online submissions and approvals.

We provide end-to-end support for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP) preparation, environmental due diligence, feasibility studies, compliance documentation, environmental monitoring strategy, and performance evaluation of pollution control systems. Our team also undertakes green audits, energy audits, water audits, sustainability assessments, and regulatory advisory to help clients improve environmental performance while meeting statutory requirements. For approvals and compliance matters, we assist with Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), groundwater-related permissions under the CGWA / NOCAP framework, and project documentation aligned with applicable waste management rules notified by MoEFCC.

For building and construction projects and townships / area development projects, our consultancy support is aligned with the applicable planning and building-control framework, including the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Building Rules, 2021, wherever relevant to the project location and approval pathway. In addition to technical consultancy, Eco Paryavaran also offers Techno-Legal Services for environmental matters, including review of notices, interpretation of approval conditions, compliance-risk assessment, preparation of technical inputs for legal matters, and coordination support in environment-related cases.

Scope of Activities

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a tool used to identify and evaluate the environmental, social, and economic impacts of a project before decision-making. As per the EIA Notification issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change on 14th September 2006, it is mandatory for various projects and industrial units to obtain environmental clearance before commencement. Wildlife Clearance is a mandatory approval or permission required from the National Board for Wildlife under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. Eco provides consultancy services for obtaining Wildlife Clearance applications for the following sectors:

New unit/Industries/project are required to obtain consent under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 prior to commencing establishment and subsequent production activities from concerned SPCB. As all environmental issues are governed/monitored by a quasi-legal framework/mechanism by virtue of the provisions of Acts like EPA,1986, Air & Water Acts & Rules framed therein, therefore, legal services have adopted greater prominence. The Techno-Legal Cell has adopted the basic principle of, “Accepting Injustice is Equal to Inflicting Injustice”.
